Laser Level Sensors are easily set up because they can be mounted at up to 1500mm from your honey tank.
The laser measures distance to within 5mm.
They can be used to switch pumps on and off at high and low levels.
They can be set up to control the speed of a pump on a continuous basis between a high and low level.
We can set up the controller to go at a high speed setting when the tank is full and slow down progressively as it empties.
When the inflow increases the level rises and the pump increases in speed.
If the honey inflow stops the tank will empty and then stop the pump.
This can be useful when you are feeding centrifuges and heat exchangers because the pump is kept running.

"We use Boutelje equipment throughout our honey extraction factory. The machines are of the highest quality, very robust, and the after sales service and support that the team provide, are second to none. Peter Boutelje's understanding of honey processing systems is invaluable."
